Hydroponics/ Program

The Hydroponics Program operates year round allowing our participants the opportunity to grow their own vegetables. The program produces food for our Affordable Meal program which highlights the food cycle from germination to consumption.

Another branch of this hydroponics is the gardening program where participants and staff manage a garden and plant vegetables to be used by our Affordable Lunch program.  This continues to highlight the food cycle as well as get everyone out for some fresh air and exercise.
